Responsibilities include developing business plans that focus on contractors in excess of $10,000 in paint purchases, developing leads through strong communications with store managers and employees and projecting new potential growth opportunities.

The Retail Store Designer/Decorator is primarily responsible for providing guidance on store display and presentation techniques, recommends color and design trends and forecasts and selects colors and materials suitable for particular regions of the country and types of stores including paint, wallpaper, etc. Leads the recommendation for home fashion merchandising materials, including concept, tracking home fashion merchandising requirements and inventory requirements.
